Superfood PoleBody Bites

I love PoleBody Bites. This superfood version is so easy to make and perfect for a little protein after a workout. Make a batch and they'll keep in the fridge for about a week, They'll be ready for you to grab anytime you need something healthy to nibble on.

Superfood PoleBody Bites
3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped dates (soaked for one hour to soften)
3 Tbs. flaxseed meal
3 Tbs. coconut oil
1 Tbs. raw cacao powder
1 Tbs. raw honey
Pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut

Place all ingredients except for raisins and coconut into food processor. Process until the ingredients are well combined. Pour "batter" into a bowl and stir in raisins. Form mixture into 1" balls and roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate until chilled.
