Here is a not-so-secret secret: I am realllly not a fan of broccoli. I'll eat it in a pinch, but at that point it needs to be covered in something much more delicious in order for me to find it palatable. But broccoli is basically a nutritional powerhouse, and consumption of this veggie has been linked to lower cancer rates--definitely a win.
