Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bites

These little bites are the perfect snack when you're on the go. I often use them as an alternative to store bought granola bars (which often contain a lot of added sugar) and store them in the refrigerator. And, since you don't have to bake them, they're quick to prepare too!

Peanut Butter Chocolate PoleBody Bites
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 Tbs. honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut or cocoa powder, for rolling


  1. Combine nut butter and oats in a bowl, stirring thoroughly until combined.
  2. Stir in flax, honey, and finally, chocolate chips. (If mixture is too dry, add additional nut butter).
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Once cool, form  1” balls, then roll in coconut flakes or unsweetened cocoa powder (if desired). Store in the refrigerator.
